Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

Recruiter call, hiring manger and peer interview. Behavioral based. Interested in why you want to leave current company and join Lowe's/the role. Casual and friendly. I enjoyed interviewing here. It was not difficult.

Standard 3 to 4 levels for experienced candidates. Round 1 with HR for culling Round 2 with hiring team/manager mostly technical and deep diving into role and expectations Round 3 with the leadership team overseas depending upon the nature of job and stakeholders. Round 4 is mostly Comp negotiations and other benefits including document verification etc.
