I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Bay Shore, NY)
Interview
Interview was prompt and direct; to-the-point. Management was communicative and helpful. The interview process made me feel welcomed and set a positive expectation of the company. I did not feel as though the interview process was a test of my interview skills, rather, a discussion of the position and my qualifications.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked about a time I had solved a problem and taken initiative without direct managerial oversight.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Wenatchee, WA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Met with a recruiter which was fantastic. Recruiter screened me and asked about my availability which I shared. Recruiter shared that I would be working 48 hours (at times) as a salaried manager, to which I agreed. When attending the interview with the Store Manager, they told me I must have 100% open availability and that 60+ hours a week was the "normal" for managers. Did not complete interview.
