Lowe's Home Improvement interview questions

They have a list that they have to ask 3 questions off of, the rest of the interview was personable and relaxed. They did not take me on a tour of the store when I first interviewed but now this is standard practice to make sure you understand the department, the job, the store ect... and it supposedly gets you to relax more during the interview.

It’s like you’re hired already. They ask you the required questions they need to hire you and tell you a start date. Simple and straight to the point. Not a difficult interview at all.
