Most interviews at Lowes are on a two interview procedure. The questions are situation based. Best advice is to give three parts to your answer... what happened, how did you handle it, what was the outcome. And make sure the outcome is a positive one. That should go without saying but you would be amazed at how many answers do not have a positive ending.
