Lowe's Home Improvement Merchandiser interview questions

Went to a hiring event. So disorganized and all over the place. Interviewer was all over the place and barely paid attention. How do you have a national hiring event hundreds of people show up to and post more positions a few days later? So you’re telling me out of 2-300 people NOBODY was qualified to be a cashier? Hiring events are terrible and Lowe’s.
