Interview
Interview consists of behavioral questions which require "STAR" responses. S=situation, T=task, A=activity, R=result. You need to be as specific as possible in your answers and not just generalize what you would do in a situation. First interview is with HR manager and then with a store manager. Next phase involves drug testing and back ground check. After that, the offer.

Interview
I applied online, got a call immediately and then they scheduled an interview. Went to the interview, answered a few 'tell me about a time' questions. They're very accomodating and you wouldn't feel nervous at all. They told me that they'll keep in touch. Got a call 3 days later, scheduled an interview with the Store Manager, went to that interview same questions were asked, the interview didn't took that long. I'm still waiting for the results.

Interview
Applied for Sales Associate II. Received a call for an interview a week and a day later. The interview was the next day. Meet with the HR personnel. She gave me a printed out version of the job description that was previously online. Went into the interview portion after 10 mins. Interview questions were scenario based. (Describe a time when you.....). Time with her lasted 30 mins. Assistant store manager came in second. Interview with him lasted 20 mins. Same sort of questions but different than the ones the HR person asked me. Was emailed 3 days after interview that they chose to go with someone else.
