Macy's Cosmetics Counter Manager interview questions

Sent in Resume and was contacted within 24 hrs for interview. Went upstairs to a dusty room to interview with a young lady. The questions were easy and I was set up for a second interview within a few days. The second interviewer was able to answer some questions I had about Macy's being a good company for lateral growth and female friendly. They asked if I would be interested in working with a different department and I said no. I was glad I did not get the job after walking through and seeing how many people are employed in the makeup area. I got the feeling it would have been high pressure sales with a high turnover of young women working under me.

3 levels of interviews for a line with product allocation issues. Interviewed with Cosmetics Manager who didn't look the part, then interviewed with the Executive Manager of the cosmetic line, and then interviewed with the store manager.
