The interview process was straightforward and fairly quick. It started with a phone interview from a recruiter or hiring representative who asked general questions about my background, availability, and interest in the role. The tone was professional but conversational, and the interviewer focused on making sure I could handle a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
It was in person with the lead store manager. I was asked customer service based questions and a few behavioral questions. Then about availability and fit to make sure my schedule worked with what they needed.
HR was super friendly and sweet! They make you send over your resume so I went over my resume. After that, they only asked two questions and introduction and why Macy
