Macy's Sales Associate interview questions

It was a group interview. The interviewer asked each person in the group to describe themselves. After that, the interviewer asked questions concerning any recent sales experiences. Then the interviewer presented a few scenarios and asked us how we would react. At this point, not everyone answered the question. If you had an answer you would raise your hand. This is a chance for you to shine. At the end of the interview, whomever was chosen was told on the spot. If you were not, you were told to wait for an email concerning your standing as a potential sales associate.

Group interview. First we went around to introduce ourselves included one thing we liked (even if it was a color or ice cream, warming things up). We were asked general questions of why we want to work there, etc.
