Macy's Sales Manager interview questions

Store manager just wanted to get to know me. Three main questions: What brought you to Macy's? Tell me a bit about yourself? What is your availability? After those three questions, they ask you about how you approach strangers and make a connection, how you have used technology to help a customer or stranger find something, etc. The most important things are to (1) be honest, (2) take your time answering, (3) smile, smile, smile, (4) use SPECIFIC examples, not general!
