Interview
I applied for this poisition, then I got automatic mail with interview schedule information. The manager was very nice and polite. Questions were pretty standart. Unfortunately, my ID hasn't been ready yet, so I didn't get a job.

Interview
It didn't take long approximate 30 mins for the interview over the phone. Young lady was nice, respectfully, and understanding. Very brief and made sure she explained everything perfectly. Asked if i had any questions every time she explained something. Also asked if I was available to work between 6a.m. to 5 p.m..
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Macy's (New York, NY) in Oct 2019
Interview
I applied online at Macysjobs.com on a Monday. I got an email that same week on Friday that said "Macys will be calling you soon." During the call the interviewer explained the roll I was applying for nd told me the interview would take about 20 to 30 minutes. He told me he would be asking me questions and take it from there. I was actually nervous because I had a gap in my resume so I thought the questions would it be about that but they were just regular interview questions. Halfway through the questions my interview said "Lets keep this energy going" which I took as a sign that I was going good, I just had to maintain my coinfidence. After the 5th question, he said "Well, I'd like to offer you the position." Best interview ever :)
Something along the lines of "Give an example of when you have sell something or sell options to a customer. How did you go about this? What options did you give? Guys they want details so give them details *thumbs up*
Intergrity is very important. Give an explain of when intergrity (being truthful/following rules) was an issue for you and how you solved this problem? It doesnt have to be work.
