I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Mary Kay
Interview
A recruiting firm reached out to me to schedule the interview. It didn't go as expected for me as they were interviewing me for a different position than what they advertised.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interviewer asked questions for a Salesforce Developer and not a Salesforce Administrator. I helped them to understand their need for them to tailor the job description in the future.
I did not like it. I thought it was sketchy and I was unsure what they expected from me. Other people online said it was a scam and it seems to be. They want me to commit so much time and energy and there's no guarantee I can make a living off sales. I would advise people to watch out and use common sense before attempting to sell products.
Did an initial phone screen, then conducted a series of interviews for several hours in one day at the office. (Before the quarantine.) Interviewed with the hiring manager, then a team of potential colleagues, interviewed with HR, and did a presentation to the team. Also received a tour of the building.

Question 1
Different questions were asked from the various interviews. Overall the interview difficulty was average, except the presentation that was asked to create and present. It was time consuming to build before the interview. Overall the team was very nice and lots of information was shared.
