Mary Kay Sales Representative interview questions

Hired directly , yet had to take time off . The director in sales wasn't helping . So I had took time off for me and my family and had returned to college.. Not enough pay after DIQ had 16 team members te 1 ..

The sm aI was recruited by a sales director. She asked me very pointed questions regarding my family, goals, my future etc. I did feel like she wanted to know how to recruit me by knowing more about me. I later learned that it's a technique to better help answer my questions--- and recruit me!
