McDonald's Assistant Manager interview questions

Friendly, non confrontational interview process. Very willing to listen. The interviewer asked a variety of questions about my experience, my goals and how I thought I would fit into the company. They set their expectations high and were clear on the work they expected me to do.

Yep interviews that were very intense and not many yes or no questions I had my first interview with the manager. Then a second interview was done with Area Manager.
