Walk in and met with current manager and then set another interview with district manager. Rather informal and easy. Entire process was quick and easy. The onboarding period happened almost immediately

Unnecessarily extensive with a lot of personal goals questions. You don't really get the chance to showcase your practical experience and it's hard to connect with the interviewer. While it is not hard to get the answers right, it is time-consuming and not adequate to the job requirements for the position.
