McDonald's Assistent Manager interview questions

Interview was prompt and well-paced. No superfluous questions. Hiring manager was kind but seemed rather overwhelmed. Staff was courteous when interacted with. I did not feel as though the store management lacked professionalism or competence; however, drive and ambition seemed rather lacking. Staff did seem hardworking and motivated, however.

Interview process was thorough and expeditious. Questions asked were applicable to position and applicant was provided opportunity to elaborate on applicable skills and education that would be beneficial to the company. Turn o around time was minimum and start dates was immediate.
