I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Mumbai) in Oct 2015

Interview

It was a 2 day process. It started on day 1 at our college campus. There was presentation followed by aptitude test. Then students were shortlisted and day 1 ended with interviews (1st round). The selected candidates were asked to report to assigned McDonald's outlet the next day and we had On Job Evaluation (OJE). There is no elimination. Then we reported back to college for our next round of interviews.

It really wasnt that hard I really think that I do not have a clue what to say about the hiring proces because i am just doing this so that I can read about dominoes pizza and how much they pay the general manager. I would like to know because it would interest me to find out this information in the long run of my life i think it could be great news and would reveal a ton of information

Interview

First I filled out a paper application, and while there I spoke with the store manager on site. They called me back for an interview with the store manager and the district manager. We discussed benefits and hours and career progression. They offered me the job within 2 days and I began 2 weeks later.
