Fairly simple. Standard straight forward question trying to gage who you are and what you value. They want to see if your able to work along others and provide good customer service.

Questions were simple and based on your own personality. They want to know what you are like and if you can adapt to a fast paced environment. It is a two staged process and you may be required to do a trial shift.
A group interview setting. Very casual, and involved discussing things in a group. You partake in icebreakers, and some roleplay relevant to the workplace. They take note of who is speaking the most confidently and leading tasks.
