It was extremely structured, all most as if they were basically required to read from a scripted set of questions. You have to understand that this is Mcdonald's, they have a huge global footprint and everything is regimented to be a certain way with no variance.
Easy behavioral style interview and i was hired on the spot, just STAR method questions. Easy if you have ever had customer service experience of any kind, so just talk about how you are good with customers and want to learn

Everything was easy there was no hard questions. Just behavioral and customer service questions. The manager was super nice and they understood my schedule completely. I asked for part time opportunity and they were willing to work around my schedule.
