Wasn't much to the process. Fill out application online, received a call a few days later to come on for an interview. Met with the manager and did a "light" interview and started filling out paperwork to start working there.

The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
