Interview
In-person interview focused primarily on discussing my past management experience, highlighting key roles, responsibilities, and achievements in leadership, team development, and operational efficiency throughout previous positions. It was very relaxed and casual.

"Can you describe a time when you had to manage a team through a challenging situation? How did you motivate your team, and what was the outcome?"
Did not hear back from them even though they said they would respond with a decision after 2 weeks. Not sure when I will hear back but I expected the courtesy of telling me how I did and feedback
Met 1:1 with Manager. They asked me about my experience working with customers, supervising other employees, how I handle stress. Overall good experience. They also asked me about how I organize and if i had experience working with food and sanitation.
