Interview
There was no real interview. They just ask basic questions and availability. They do ask about previous experiences and want to know what restaurant experience you have. Regardless if you have it or not so long as you fit in their schedule they’ll hire you.
The interview consists of a few Basic questions to test your understanding of customer service. Very relaxed approach to hiring and you typically hear back very quickly(within a few days )
Phone call. Then in person interview, if it goes well they'll do a background check. Very streamlined process, it isn't difficult. They mostly care about what hours you are free.

Question 1
Current occupation. Available Hours. If you have a history of crime.
Very simple questions, about school, personality etc. Then we went straight to discussing availability and it was as easy as that. They aren't looking for much so you don't need to do much.
