McDonald's Crew Member/Grill Cook interview questions

Asked questions about previous work experience, interests, and strengths and areas for growth. Interview took place in a small room in back. Offered free sandwich afterwards. Asked if I had ever worked in a kitchen before (no).

You come in for 15 minutes or less and they ask you some simple questions like why you're interested in the job, and which position you'd like to take. They may ask how to heard of the job, and where you live, and if you don't know whether you should be front or back, they'll ask you some questions typically along the lines of your social skills to help you decide.
