Applied online and got called for group interview. Made towers out of cups. Discussed answers to questions like what does customer service mean to you. Wrote those discussed answers on a piece of paper.
Very nice and easy. Informative and learned a lot about McDonald’s. Learned a lot about the customer service representative position and hours needed. Liked the job and the description of the job. Overall good

pretty simple: basic googlable questions. all about customer service, how you perform in high intensely stressful scenarios. they don't do much if you apply they will most likely interview it just depends on if they're in high demand of new employees or not, best time to apply is in march/april right before the summer because they always hire more students then
