McDonald's Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

I was asked to discuss about myself, which I did and then to talk about what I know of the company, also I told the interviewer about my experience and how I dealt some situations using my knowledge of the product

The interview I had at McDonald's was pretty straightforward. They asked about my availability and how I handle pressure, since it can get busy. They also asked how I would deal with difficult customers and if I had any previous experience with cash handling. I was also asked about working in a team and how I’d approach customer service situations. It felt more like a conversation, and the focus was mainly on how I'd fit into the fast-paced environment. The whole thing was quick, and I felt like they were just checking if I had the right attitude for the role.
