McDonald's Service Crew interview questions

It takes around 2hrs for me to be called for an interview. We were falling in line and one by one we were called by the hr. I was asked with the usual question. The interview went smoothly.

It was easy and the exam is more on customer service on how you will situations and cutomers. The questions focuses mainly on how you will attend to company procedures and how will you attend to customer needs. It is more likely to test your personality if you would really fir the job. The exam for service crew and management trainee is the same.
