Interview
The interview process varies on whether you are from a corporate store or franchise. If it’s franchise they usually promote within, they give you a bit of training from the other managers and you go to your classes thats usually at another location for about three days where you just learn about the company , team building and how to be a good shift manager. If it’s corporate you have to go to classes at another store that’s within The corporation for about seven weeks,( it was every Tuesday here in Florida) And then you have to take the three classes at a separate location to do the training. But of course there’s different interview processes with higher ups before your classes to see if you should even be considered for management.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at McDonald's (Lawrenceville, GA) in Apr 2019
Interview
Taking the helm of the interview (because my resume wasn't front and center), I was able to describe two specific outstanding days in my work history; this "wowing" moment probably alone sealed the interview in my favor.
