McDonald's Shift Manager interview questions

I applied through the website and then I received a phone call interview which lasted approx 30 mins. I then received an email with e-learning to complete before I did a trial shift. I was on probation for 3 months,

I got a schedule interview through McDonald’s virtually. However, when I got there. They had no idea that I was there for a scheduled interview. The lady who interviewed me was no even trained to do interviews. Interview went well despite, but I was never given any response. There were no calls or emails to follow up. I never got a job offer.
