McDonald's Shift Manager interview questions

Applied during COVID so consisted of a telephone interview, very comfortable, consisted of usual interview questions about experience problem solving. Then an in-person induction after I had already been offered the job role via email. However, I know the process has changed slightly now to include a full day induction in another restaurant.

Interview was done in the restaurant with the owner and regional supervisor. Very relaxed interview, they were looking for someone right away, as we just went over my experience. They talked about a second interview with some other members, how ever, I got a offer the next day.
