McDonald's Store Manager interview questions

Phone interview, then in person. It wasn't too bad but it was very obvious that I wasn't qualified for the position, management was nice but I think you should practice for interviews. Overall I'm glad I applied but since I have no experience in the field I think that's why interview was hard.

Fast, efficient. Met market manager for 45 mins. Called back to meet current staff. Offer within 2 days . I accepted the position as store manager. My interview process took about 1.5 .market manager very knowlegable as well as assistant managers.
