Easy with a few questions on personality, experience, hobbies, and leadership style. They made you feel at ease and comfortable. The manager would bring in a line cook and one other worker to sit in on the interview and contribute.
Overall, the interview went well and was valuable for me in terms of my development. I certainly enjoyed the opportunity to advance my career. I would recommend an interview to anyone at least for the practice.
