Medtronic Designer interview questions

Sent in resume in response to online job posting, and received phone reply within two days. Scheduled and passed the follow-up phone interview initially lasting 1/2 to 1 hour. Then a day long series of 1:1 interviews each a 1/2 hour long with 13 different people from various backgrounds. Lunch was with the department manager and other people from the department, with further questions and inquiries on background, knowledge, and problem solving.
