Medtronic Developer interview questions

The process started with an initial interview with the hiring manager to describe the position. Afterwards, had two technical interviews with the development team that mainly covered personal development process and knowledge.

I had an initial Zoom call with my future manager, then a tech interview with two engineers, then three more interviews, one with two developers and two managers, then one with just the two developers, then one with the managers. I gave a presentation on myself and also a software design approach to a problem they gave me. The people are amazing and I loved getting to know them. I felt very respected and listened to. I had a question after all the interviews and the managers made time to meet with me again. I got an offer, made a counter offer with a higher salary, got the higher offer, and I have accepted it.
