Pretty standard-3 rounds of interviews with California and Texas groups. The team was friendly and didn’t ask anything that isn’t in a typical interview. They sent out an automated message that they were in a hiring freeze so didn’t get the job but they reached out personally to see if I was still interested.

Question 1

The process began with a recruiter screening where there was significant pressure to commit to a specific salary range early on. The subsequent in-person interview was well-structured, focusing primarily on standard STAR-method behavioral questions. While the team was professional, the leadership style and office culture felt somewhat traditional and 'old school' compared to modern industry standards.
