I applied in-person. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic
Interview
First interview with HR and then with management.
With HR, they ask you to present your story: CV and person.
They ask you many open questions that you can prove you are able to take the responsibilities of the job but also about your personality as they observe your behaviour during this interview (It should not disturb you but just be prepared).
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Do you have difficulties to be heard within an organization and that people do what you want them to do?
I appeared to them a bit shy, then they wanted me to prove them the contrary.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Medtronic
Interview
The interview process was intensive due to three different individuals interviewing me back to back. Some of the questions were the same, some were different. Those who interviewed me were professional but difficult to read as far as facial cues.
