I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Louisville, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
Initially I got email from Hiring Manager to schedule for a telephonic interview. After that invited for onsite interview. Onsite was whole day interview. I also have to prepare for a presentation of my work. Onsite have several rounds , lunch interview, Lab tour, few were panel interview too. I don't know what other people mentioned in Glassdoor , my Interview was not just behavioral. It was very challenging and technical. Several coding tests on white board, problem solving puzzles, brain storming questions to know how I would design something in a system, out of box questions. Some Interviewers were arrogant and pushy. Overall I did not like the vibe of the team that i would work for. I got denial after 1 month wait. Anyways I already have 3 better job offers in hand, so I don't really care. But I liked their interview questions.

Good and smooth process and process was fast, interview completed with in 3 days and they released the offer, for the last round they asked for in person interview remaining rounds it was an virtual interview
They take 2-3 rounds including the initial round as well as technical round just to inform you that the position is on hold. Waste of time and energy as they will inform you in the end that the position is on hold.
