Interview
They asked question based on Medtronic's core values. They also asked some basic behavioral questions. Pretty simple interview process. There are multiple rounds, but they are all pretty similar in structure.
Behavioral interview, behavioral interview, team interview as final. First interview was through recruiter. Second reached out to and done in person as well with manager. Then final with team after declaring location choices
Online through a platform where you prerecord yourself. It went smoothly since you have 30 seconds to think and reply to each question. And you have to have a working microphone and a webcam to get into it. The process was really fast.
