You will have to be able to describe a project and explain the reason and the rationale for theatrical you chose and the dimensions you employed.

I had a total of 8 interviews for this position. Two interviews with managers within R&D then 6 interviews with a various other engineers and managers within R&D. The process took about 1-1.5 months and interviews were generally about past experiences and contained many questions attempting to assess my behavior and personality.
