I was blindsided at the 1:1 Interview when they had set up another interview without letting me know in advance. That did not bother me but just know it may happen. I took a personality test before the interview but they would not share results. The 1:1 interview focused on skills they thought I may not have enough experience in as well as typical behavioral questions.
