Don't waste your time interview for a Senior Role @ Medtronic, it is a sham. They want to reward those who have been there for ages but promotion needs due diligence and hoops to make it look competitive. You will go through all kinds of interviews and you will never get that job, unless you are an entry level who would be paid low/average salary, don't waste your time
