Interview
I had 6 rounds of interview and the interviewer was no show at the last interview. I emailed to follow up with her with no reply. After a month they finally got back to me and said they hired someone else. Was 6 interviews really necessary?

The first interview is phone screen. Pretty easy, should be able to speak about your experience and why you think this is a good fit for you. Second interview is technical interview that includes an exam and presentation about a week later. Definitely requires research and preparation in advance.
