Very nice process. One behavioral interview and then a technical one. Second interview was 50% technical questions and 50% the engineers sharing their team and potential projects. Very friendly and personable interviewers.

Question 1
Resistance in a circuit. Power dissipated by resistor. Electrical testing questions (what would you use to take this type of measurement)
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic in Sep 2022
Interview
1 initial phone call with the hiring manager and then 2 video interviews with 2 upper level engineers. The first interview was good and felt more like a conversation that spanned the whole 45 minutes, the second one felt like they were just going through a checklist and finished early. I was instructed to call the recruiter after the final interview. After speaking to the recruiter, he said they'd let me know by the next day but it was radio silence for 2 weeks when I finally called them back in which they answered with "What's your name again and what position was this for?" Never a good sign but found out that the position had already been filled and they were just "late" on letting me know. Overall, a decent experience with some miscommunication.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Medtronic (North Haven, CT) in Dec 2020
Interview
The initial interview was very relaxed since my boss didn't think that technical interviews were the way to go for his team - he really sought out the soft skills and was intrigued by my questions.
