Overall, not an easy interview but a pleasant atmosphere. All the interviewers were very professional and would like to share their experiences and thoughts. There were 4 rounds of interviews in total. HR conducted a 30-minute phone screening and asked questions about your background. One week later, the Hiring manager conducted another 30-minute phone screening and asked questions about the technical experience. I was invited for a one-hour panel interview via Zoom one week later. The panel had around 7 STAR questions. Finally, one more week later, the Hiring manager invited me to another Zoom meeting with 3 STAR-based questions.

Ha sido un proceso de selección arduo, dividido por 4 fases diferentes en las que he ido escalonado las entrevistas de menos a más y asimismo ha ido subiendo el grado de intensidad.
Una de las entrevistas se ha hecho en inglés completo, con una conversación coloquial de datos e intereses que han querido saber de mí persona e intuyo que el objetivo era saber qué tipo de inglés empresarial es el que domino.
