I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Medtronic
Interview
The process took about three months overall. I had a couple of informal discussions with members of the team (sales reps, clinical specialists, district manager, etc.) after officially applying. Then the company flew me out to the location of the job and final interviews were conducted there. After final interviews, they had me take one of their courses on Medtronic Academy, and then meet with their technical field engineer to go over the content in a casual kind of “quiz” format where they wanted to gauge how well you could absorb the content. I felt like I was kept well informed throughout the whole process. The interview process was lengthy but not necessarily difficult. It definitely pays off to let your personality shine through during this processes because they are very much interested in how well you will fit in with the team and they care about having employees with good character, as well as drive.
