Medtronic interview questions

Medtronic in Croatia-avoid. Nepotism. Pretending to search for employees while rejecting anyone without connection. They can't even say whether job is located in Slovenia or Croatia. I was contacted by Medtronic HR and said that it was urgent and I am perfect match and they can't find anyone and still did not get the offer. Avoid them at all costs.

Started out great, had a phone interview screening. Sent appropriate follow up emails. About a week later, I received a call to schedule a zoom interview, this call came after hours around 7 pm but not a huge deal. Zoom interview went very well in my opinion, talk of getting me in the field to observe other specialists. They informed me they would get back to me in a week. I sent one follow up. Then two. Then three. And I was completely ghosted. A little disappointed in the professionalism as I have heard great things about Medtronic from others who work there. It has now been a month and all communication has stopped and my careers account has not been updated in their system.
