Interview
Not too stressful. Mostly personality questions and how you would respond to certain situations. I was asked what leadership experience I had. Was asked no technical questions. It felt more like a conversation where they were interested in my life.

Interview
Good experience, some difficult questions but required for job duties. The recruiter reached out to set up an interview quickly. Once the interview was scheduled the hiring manager and team members were professional.

How would you troubleshoot a particular issue on a specific product?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Boston, MA) in Sep 2021
Interview
I went through three Zoom interviews, 1st one was with 1 person, 2nd was that same person and another, third was those same 2 people and a 3rd as a mock sales call. They weren't difficult or anything they went pretty well actually except I was less prepared for the mock sales call as I would have liked to be (it was my first mock call and my first interviews). My main issue is that after 3 rounds of interviews and becoming pretty cordial over zoom with 2 of the three guys having spoken to them in pretty great length, they ghosted me after the mock sales call. I can live with not getting the job, its not really an ideal role for me anyways but how rude to just be ghosted, even after I reached out to see what was going on, silence. I thought that was completely unprofessional and borderline cowardly.
