I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Medtronic (Brampton, ON) in Jul 2017
Interview
Very basic - was interviewed and hired to work the following week. I'm good at my job but they hire people with fake resumes as they got their friend to pose as manager in previous jobs..
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 10 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2020
Interview
I met with a recruiter almost a year ago at a conference and after my interviews I was identified as a top candidate but was unable to find an experienced role for me. Fast forward to Fall 2019, I interviewed again at another conference and was a top candidate again but this time a role that would be a great fit was found for me. I met with the hiring mgr in Minneapolis and then interviewed with 5 people from the team recently. A great experience overall just slow. Medtronic is an awesome company, everyone was really helpful.

Question 1
Mostly behavioral. Tell me about a time when you handled a difficult coworker, how you work by your companies mantra etc. Practice behavioral/scenario questions well.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Medtronic (Northridge, CA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Interview process was easy since I had experienced in medical companies before. I was hired right away they asked basic stuff if I knew what the fda was and if I knew how to gown and degown and how I had to keep my work area clean and of course not wear make up or nail polish of any kind.
