I applied online. I interviewed at Medtronic (New Haven, CT)
Interview
I received a call from the hiring manager after about a month and a half since I applied to the position and he asked if I was still interested. After telling him yes he said HR would contact me to set up an interview. The in person interview lasted about an hour and they literally asked me one question. The whole time they were talking about the job and company and didn’t seem interested in what I had to offer. After the interview I kept following up with HR and she said they are still making decisions. After about another month and a half of following up and always receiving the same answer of no decision yet I stopped reaching out and never heard from them again.
I applied in-person. The process took 7 months. I interviewed at Medtronic (Sydney) in Nov 2016
Interview
It was an internal interview process as I was already employed at Medtronic.
Submitted CV and had an informal discussion with the hiring manager. Followed by a business case study presented to 8 peers and questions regarding my presentation.
