STAR method questions the whole time - very detailed scenarios. "Tell us about a time when you had to step in and correct someone on safety measures. How did you do that and what was the result?" Stuff like that.

Interview questions were fairly expected. It was a behavioral based interview with most questions starting with "name a time when...". Since I worked in a manufacturing environment I was shown some of the production floor and made sure to ask questions on the process.
