Medtronic interview questions

One 30 minute phone interview, later an hour long phone interview with a panel of 4 people from the organization, then the following day another 45 minute phone interview with 2 new individuals in the organization. Final step is an in-person interview in Minnesota.

Interview questions were fairly expected. It was a behavioral based interview with most questions starting with "name a time when...". Since I worked in a manufacturing environment I was shown some of the production floor and made sure to ask questions on the process.
