Medtronic interview questions

Screening phone interview with HR (wasn’t a good experience AT all, gave me a horrible impression of the company), in person interview (1 hour with 2 people, 45 mins with another). The interviewers were 2 managers from the team and 1 senior member of the team. The interviewers have specific questions from a packet they have to ask you, so less conversational than some interviews I’ve had.

Long process. Several interviews via video chat. Interviewed twice with hiring manager on the phone, and once in person. Interviewed with 4 others via video conference. From start of application to first interview was 2 months, and then 2 more months to get through all interviews.
